A platform built to create opportunity
The Tech Innovation Networking Platform (TECH) is a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) dedicated to promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, digital skills development and socio-economic empowerment within township and underserved communities.
TECH was established to create opportunities for youth, women, entrepreneurs, innovators and small businesses. We provide access to innovation programmes, mentorship, entrepreneurship development, networking opportunities and technology-driven solutions that contribute to sustainable economic growth and job creation.

Where we are going and how we get there
Vision. To become a leading innovation and entrepreneurship platform that empowers communities through technology, skills development and sustainable economic participation.
Mission. To promote innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation and inclusive economic development by providing skills development, mentorship, networking and enterprise support programmes that empower individuals and communities.

Leadership
Guided by a board and a network of mentors
TECH is led by a board of directors responsible for strategy, oversight and accountability, supported by programme staff who run our workshops, bootcamps and mentorship programmes.
Our mentor network brings together experienced entrepreneurs, technology practitioners and industry professionals who volunteer their time to coach participants.

Governance
Accountable, transparent and non-profit
As a Non-Profit Company registered under the Companies Act, TECH applies its income and assets to its stated objectives. They are not distributed to members or directors.
We keep proper financial records, report to partners and funders on how resources are used, and handle personal information of participants in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
